In a shocking development, one of Josh Duggar's molestation victims is preparing to take the family to court, In Touch magazine exclusively reported. The Duggars will be facing a civil lawsuit from an unnamed victim that is not related to the family.

Based on In Touch's anonymous source, the suit could force parents Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar to give depositions and testify about the molestation scandal surrounding their eldest son, 27-year-old Josh. The incidents of molestation are reported to have occurred in 2002 when Josh was about 14 years old, but the family waited until 2006 to notify Arkansas police, according to USA Today. Since the statute of limitations expired on the case, Jim Bob and Michelle will not be able to plead the fifth, forcing them to answer every question.

Josh admitted to committing at least seven acts of molestation on underage girls, according to In Touch. Four of his victims were his own sisters, including Jill and Jessa. He also confessed to molesting a babysitter who was staying in the Duggar's home, reported Raw Story. His parents could face questions as to what steps were taken to get Josh and his victims counseling, what type of protections were put in place for their daughters and who else was involved with the cover-up.

"All the church elders who knew about this will have to be named," the source told In Touch.

The Duggars' reality show "19 Kids and Counting" has been suspended by TLC in the wake of the scandal, and the family is currently under investigation from the Department of Human Services.
