Samsung's new Level U, a wireless neckband, is a Bluetooth device that allows the user to listen to music, answer phone calls and text hands-free through its text-to-speech application. The user-friendly design of the neckband, which wraps seamlessly around your neck, allows optimum comfort and mobility when doing day-to-day activities. Built with flexible urethane material, the band can be adjusted according to neck size, reported Slash Gear.

An imperative factor to any listening device is the sound quality, and it seems like Samsung brought its best with the Level U. Boasting Bluetooth 4.1 and the apt-X codec, Samsung says the Level U can produce "CD quality audi sound," according to Digital Trends. Improved bass and a "more balanced sound" are all due to its 12 millimeter drivers. Two microphones are used when answering phone calls, one to filter out any external noises, while the other catches your voice. And good news for Samsung smartphone users: your phone can be synced with a text-to-speech application, which allows notifications for missed calls, calendar events, remaining battery life and alarms.

Ten hours of audio playback and 11 hours of talk time, reported Beta News, the Level U gives the user substantial battery life. Not to mention, bulk is not an issue, weighing 33 grams, you may forget that it is around your neck.

The device is available in either black/blue or white and can be purchased at Samsung.com for $69.99.
