Britney Spears and Iggy Azalea's much anticipated song, "Pretty Girls," did not live up to the hype after it was released last month. The underwhelming song has hardly been featured on the radio and the pair only preformed the single once at the Billboard Music Awards in May. Now the "Pretty Girls" may be in a feud after Azalea said the song flopped because of lack of promotion.

Azalea took to Twitter to respond to some fan questions when she was asked about the song. A fan Tweeted her, "even if PG flopped a little bit still getting a lot of views on YT and it's the summer anthem of 2015, so whatever we love you." Azalea's response is what started all the controversy. The "Fancy" singer replied, "its difficult to send a song up the charts without additional promo and tv performances etc. unfortunately im just featured..."

The single technically was Spears' track, so some fans took Azalea's tweet as a jab at Spears. Britney did not directly respond to any of Iggy's tweets, but she did post something to her Twitter profile that some say indirectly called out the rapper. "Can't wait to get back to Vegas. So thankful I have shows for the rest of the year to look forward to... #YouWantAPieceOfMe."

Last month, Azalea was forced to cancel her "Great Escape" tour while Spears recently extended her Las Vegas residency, "Britney: Piece of Me," for three more months.
