Mitchelle Blair, 36, pleaded guilty on Monday to charges stemming from the tortures and murders of her two children, and she isn't showing any remorse.

"They deserved it," she said in court, which Detroit's ABC affiliate caught on tape.

Blair was arrested in March after deputies carrying out an eviction at her Detroit apartment found the body of her daughter, Stoni Blair, 13, and son, Stephen Berry, 9, in a deep freezer, ABC News reported.

Blair pleaded guilty to first-degree murder without striking a deal with prosecutors and said she would have accepted the death penalty if Michigan had it, according to Scallywag & Vagabond.

She admitted to putting a bag over her daughter's head to suffocate her. Once the child lost consciousness, she doused her with scalding hot water, struck her in the head and kicked her repeatedly.

Blair also gave details about Stephen's death, saying that she'd beaten and kicked him repeatedly. He was forced to drink window cleaner, and she burned him by pouring scorching hot water over his genitals until "his skin came off." Furthermore, she revealed that she wrapped a belt around his neck, lifted him with it, and put a bag over his head.

Despite the similarities in torture, Blair says that she only intended to kill her daughter; according to the Associated Press.

Blair alleged that the children had sexually abused a sibling, though she said that she didn't witness the alleged assaults and didn't get police involved because she feared she would lose her other children.

"I don't regret none of this, I don't feel no remorse for the death of those demons," she told Judge Dana Hathaway during the hearing.

"So this was your way of inflicting punishment?" the judge asked. "Definitely," Blair replied.

Blair faces life in prison with no chance for parole.
