Police authorities in Iowa are searching for Karyn Renee Mehaffy, a teenage girl who was, apparently, kidnapped by three suspects Friday night, according to the Henry County Sheriff's office, reported Fox News.

The teen's mother, Elizabeth Mehaffy, said that her 16-year-old daughter was with her cousin at the school park and they were on their way home when a blue SUV pulled up and abducted her, reported KWQC.

Police are also considering the possibility that Karyn may have left willingly with Wilfredo Martinez Gonzalez. Her mother told authorities that she once wanted to be in a relationship with the older man.

However, based on how she was kicking and screaming as she was being kidnapped, it's clear that Karyn did not want to get in the car, said Elizabeth. "That tells me this is not okay with her," she said. "Regardless of whether she wanted to go, it's still a child abduction."

A Facebook page was set up to spread the word about the teen's disappearance. "I WILL NEVER STOP UNTIL I FIND YOU MY BABY BEAN!!!" wrote Elizabeth on Saturday, according to the New York Daily News. "I LOVE YOU!!! To the moon and beyond! If you see this... please call and let me know you are ok!"
