Caitlyn Jenner is so happy with the job her plastic surgeon did on her face as part of her transition to a woman that she gave the surgeon a signed copy of her now-famous Vanity Fair issue.

Surgeon Dr. Harrison Lee spent 10 hours operating on Jenner's face at a Beverly Hills hospital in March, according to the Vanity Fair article revealing Jenner's new look for the first time.

As a way of saying thanks, Jenner signed the magazine cover for Lee, writing, "To Harrison, Great job. Thank you so much Caitlyn Jenner."

The signature was the first time the public saw Jenner sign her name since her transition.
