Hulu finally struck a deal with Sony Pictures TV to purchase the rights to all 180 episodes of "Seinfeld."

The streaming company was in a bidding war with Amazon and Yahoo to own the rights of the enduring NBC comedy.

Hulu won the war at a steep price of $875,000 per episode, which amounts to a total of nearly $160 million, reported Variety.

This new deal, which will go into effect in June and last at least five years, will mark the first time "Seinfeld's" entire series was available for binge-watching through a streaming site.

Before Hulu's deal with Sony Pictures TV the a limited number of episodes from the sitcom were available though Sony TV.

"You can watch the show whenever you want... I mean you could just put the DVD in, but I guess no one wanted to do that," Jerry Seinfeld reportedly said when announcing the officiated deal.
