It's usually recommended to make an appointment if you need some sort of service - whether it's to get your car checked out or if you need some Apple Genius help. One woman was caught on camera having a complete breakdown after she was told she would need to wait in line at the Apple store.

The unidentified woman, who is seen pushing a stroller, walked into the busy Los Angeles Apple store and asked for some parts for her phone. When the store employee told her she would need to wait in line since she did not have an appointment to be seen by one of the Apple Genius employees, she became visibly upset.

A bystander caught the events on camera and uploaded it to Vine, the six-second video sharing website. In it, the woman is heard screeching at the top of her voice: "I was told by Apple care that I could walk in the store and get the parts", while banging the stroller with her hand.

Stunned and bemused customers and staff in the busy store can be seen looking over in shock.

The Vine video was captioned "This lady is goin OFF in the Apple Store!! Lol U dont have an appointment, lady! #coolit #chillpill #takesomemeds" by actress Porscha Coleman who uploaded the video.

The take away is to call ahead and make an appointment and always look around for camera's if you decide to let loose in public because the whole world might be watching.
