"Suicide Squad" injected an extra dose of villainy into its team of DC supervillains with the addition of Batman foe, Killer Croc.

Adwale Akinnuoye-Agbaje will play the ruthless criminal with a reptilian appearance in the Warner Bros. movie, according to The Wrap. The actor and studio have not confirmed the casting yet.

Killer Croc goes by the name Waylon Jones and belongs to the Caped Crusader's rogue's gallery. He first appeared in the DC comic book Batman #357 in March 1983.

The "Lost" alum will join the supervillain team that includes Will Smith as Deadshot, Joel Kinnaman as Rick Flagg, Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Jai Courtney as Captain Boomerang, Cara Delevingne as Enchantress, Jay Hernandez as El Diablo and Jared Leto as The Joker.

Viola Davis will play government agent Amanda Waller, who's put in charge of the unruly group. The movie may also feature Jesse Eisenberg's Lex Luthor and Scott Eastwood as the possible love interest for Wonder Woman.

David Ayer will direct the DC/Warner Bros. movie, which is set to premiere on Aug. 5, 2016. Production is scheduled to start next month in Toronto.

Akinnuoye-Agbaje will next appear in the film "Concussion," alongside his "Suicide" co-star Smith, and "Trumbo" starring Bryan Cranston. He recently starred in DC competitor Marvel's "Thor: The Dark World" and the musical reboot of "Annie."

He also has TV guest-star roles in the upcoming season of HBO's "Game of Thrones" and the new NBC series, "American Odyssey."
