The “NBA Live 14” team is doing a lot to restore the faith of gamers who have had no choice but to play the powerhouse “NBA 2K14” for the past few years. Recently, NBA Live 14’s Executive Producer Sean O’Brien and Gameplay Designer Scott O’ Gallagher, discussed the games’ new features with fans in a Twitter interview hosted by the “NBA Live 14” team.

Here are some of the revealed features according to OperationsSports.com:

·         There will be team-specific playbooks

·         The arenas will be more authentic and the presentation will be by ESPN TV.

·         The NBA on ESPN team will be in the game along with a surprise that will be released later

·         There will 40 players who will come complete with their specific moves and packages, Carmelo Anthony has already been confirmed

·         The game’s dunk packages are in

·         You are able to block dunks

·         The player’s accessories and resemblance to their real-life counterparts will remain up-to-date throughout the season.

If “NBA Live 14” is able to deliver on all of these features the game will be a force to be reckoned with. This creates a lot of potential for the game on which “NBA Live” is attempting to rebuild its career.

O’Brien and O’Gallagher revealed that 5 on 5 gameplay would be released sometime this summer. All of the game modes will also be released later.

There is still no word on when the game will hit stores. However, that could be because the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 are still without dates for their debuts.
