The Cleveland Browns are in a state of flux. They don't know who the starting quarterback will be in 2015. The team's No. 1 wide receiver, Josh Gordon, is suspended for at least all of next season. Cleveland's hire of John DeFilippo as offensive coordinator will be its sixth in as many years and its 13th in 17 years. At this point, it's anyone's guess what the Browns' offense will look like next season.

But with two first round picks in the NFL draft this year, Cleveland should consider adding more offensive talent. Perhaps even Louisville wide receiver DeVante Parker.

"The Browns' quarterback situation is a mess, with Brian Hoyer a free agent and 2014 first-rounder Johnny Manziel currently in rehab after a rookie season in which he struggled," ESPN NFL Draft Insider Todd McShay wrote in his Mock Draft 3.0. "But the only way they're going to find an answer in this year's draft is if they package the No. 12 and No. 19 picks to move up into the top five to draft [Marcus] Mariota, and I don't think they will (or should) do that. So their next-biggest needs are probably right tackle, wide receiver and nose tackle, and in Parker they're getting a big, productive wide receiver who quietly put up some impressive workout numbers at the combine - 4.45 40-yard dash, 36.5-inch vertical jump, 10 foot, 5 inch broad jump - that matched the explosiveness he displays on tape."

Parker hauled in 43 catches for 855 yards and five touchdowns last season. He'd be a welcomed addition to a Cleveland wide receiving corps that is lined with question marks. Whoever is throwing passes for the Browns in 2015 will need some help. A big play wide receiver with size would be the perfect addition.
