Henry Cavill has been a fan-favorite to play Christian Grey in the movie "Fifty Shades of Grey" ever since casting rumors began but he might have just hurt his chance of landing the role of the kinky billionaire now that he is dating "Big Bang Theory" star Kaley Cuoco. In the past fans have had a slight problem with their potential Grey picks having girlfriends. Because the movie is going to be steamy and kinky with a lot of sex scenes, the girlfriends of their favorite actors might not want to see their man rolling around with the actress who is cast as Anastasia Steele.

Even though there is some doubt that Henry Cavill might be out of the running the "Man of Steel" actor still has a huge fan base. Hundreds of tweets continue to plead for Cavill to play Christian Grey. Because of all the buzz, Cuoco's name has even begun to generate some interest as Anastasia Steele.

According to International Business Times, fans who want Cavill cast as Grey have come up with the alternative to also cast Cuoco in the film as his love interest. The websites reports that their chemistry in real-life is what first attracted "Fifty Shades" fans to the couple. They have been spotted grocery shopping and hiking together and are obviously smitten over one another.

"They are totally hot for each other," a source told US Weekly about the couple. "They were both single and started dating recently. It's just the beginning stages of a relationship, and they're having a great time."

A different source also added that Cavill has been a "massive 'Big Bang Theory' fan" and has wanted to date Couco for a while now. It could be cute to see a real-life couple play Grey and Steele and fans wouldn't have to worry about the chemistry being forced or awkward. The only downside to this latest rumor is that if Cavill and Cuoco split before all three movies are shot, she probably wouldn't want to continue playing Steele, which would be a huge problem. Even though an official announcement has not been made yet, it's probably safe to say that E.L. James and the producers have already thought of all the things that could go wrong by casting a real-life couple and are already against the idea.

Despite Cavill no longer being single he still remains as a top contender along with Ian Somerhalder and Matt Bomer. For Anastasia Steele Alexis Bledel, Lucy Hale and Emilia Clarke remain as fan-favorites.
