Bobbi Kristina Brown's boyfriend, Nick Gordon, has finally broken his silence about his longtime partner being hospitalized after she was found face down in a filled bathtub. According to Fox News, Gordon released a statement Friday morning (Feb. 13) denying recent reports that he was seeking legal action to visit Brown in the hospital.

Earlier this week, reports surfaced claiming that Gordon had been banned from the hospital and was not allowed to visit the 21-year-old daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown. According to E! News, the last time Gordon was at the hospital was when Brown was first admitted on Jan. 31.

"In response to reports that Nick Gordon is taking legal action, he would like to be clear, he is not," his attorneys Randy Kessler and Joe Habachy told US Weekly. "Mr. Gordon's only concern is the recovery of Bobbi Kristina."

Bobbi Kristinas' cousin, Jerod Brown, said in an interview on Thursday that Gordon has not been to Emory Hospital in Atlanta, where Bobbi Kristina was transferred to shortly after the incident.

"At the moment, he's not [allowed to visit]," Jerod told WXIA. "I'm in contact with Nick. To be honest with you, Nick is feeling very emotional right now behind all of this. He's pretty torn about what's going on."

Gordon's lawyers said that their client is "in constant prayer for his companion" and is hoping "to be reunited with her soon."

"Despite the incredible public interest, we ask and hope that this request can be resolved privately by Mr. Gordon and the family," the statement continued.

Bobbi Kristina remains on life support and in a medically induced coma. Her family has provided the media with updates, and most recently her aunt Leolah Brown said that Bobbi Kristina had opened her eyes and "is doing well right now."
