The latest celebrities leading the way in Instagram videos are Madonna and Justin Bieber, Perez Hilton reports. In the Queen of Pop's first ever 15-second video she is seen wearing her workout clothes and decides to show her fans how she booty pops it when she's at home. She captioned the short video "Hard candy booty pop up class! Getting ready in the bathroom! NY here I come!"

Fans seemed to love it commenting how much they love the video and her.

Justin Bieber posted his first Instagram video talking into the camera shirtless for 15-seconds. He could barely get a word out as he laughed and joked in his video.

"Crazy news guys, there's video on Instagram," the 19-year-old "Boyfriend" singer said. He has since uploaded four more videos, three of him hanging with friends at Game 7 of the NBA finals and one of him talking to some extremely excited female fans.

Other celebrities who have tested out the new video feature are Leona Lewis who gave fans a sneak peek of her new album and revealed that she is back in the studio recording and Saturdays singer Rochelle's husband, Marvin Humes, who showed off his DJ set at the Summertime Ball, Hello Magazine reports.

On Thursday Instagram announced an upgrade to the popular photo-sharing site that would allow users to upload 15-second videos and filter them. The new addition would let users choose from 13 different filters. In a press conference for the launch CEO Kevin Systrom said "We need to do to video what we did to photos."

"Instagram has become a community where you can capture and share the world's moments simply and beautifully," Systrom wrote on company's blog. "Some moments, however, need more than a static image to come to life. Until now these stories have been missing from Instagram.... Today, we're thrilled to introduce Video on Instagram and bring you another way to share your stories."
