A registered sex offender was arrested on Saturday at a Starbucks after downloading child pornography, USA Today reported on Sunday.

Robert Dietz, 59, was arrested for similar offenses in 2009, according to lead detective Sgt. Vance Stimler.

Dietz was nabbed at a Starbucks in Oregon after he tried to download the illegal child videos using the coffee shop's Wi-Fi. He has been sent to jail on two counts of encouraging child sex abuse, KGW reported.

Dietz was identified on surveillance video at the Starbucks after receiving several leads on the incident.
