Fans of AMC's "The Walking Dead" are still reeling from the insane midseason finale, but Norman Reedus promises an even crazier second half. The actor, who plays Daryl Dixon on the zombie apocalyptic show, recently did a Reddit AMA session and answered fan questions about the current fifth season, Comicbook.com reports.

One fan asked Reedus how crazy the show would be when it returned and he responded, "Hey man. Well duh. There's some crazy stuff coming, like crazy crazy."

The fan wasn't really satisfied with the answer and asked Reedus to elaborate.

"Like, like... like 74 crazies," Reedus said.

Just in case you forgot, Beth Greene (Emily Kinney) was shot in the head by Officer Dawn in the midseason finale so we're not sure how much crazier than that the show could get. Then again, this is "The Walking Dead" and anything is possible.

As it turns out Kinney was just as shocked about Beth's death as fans were. Shortly after the Nov. 30 episode aired she told TV Line that she found out about the death in August but she felt there was still a lot more to Beth's storyline left.

"I wasn't ready for it to be over," Kinney said. "I think the Beth character, in particular... more could've been done with a teenager growing up [in that world]. I did not see it coming at all, especially this season. It's weird, because I would've been ok with [this happening] in the second season or the third season, when I was like, 'Oh, maybe this character is coming to a close. What else is there to do with her?' But now I feel differently... I feel like there was still so much to do [explore], like, what could have happened with Daryl."

"The Walking Dead" returns Feb. 8 on AMC.
