If you're a fan of Instagram then you probably know who Dan Bilzerian is. The former Navy Seal/professional poker player/billionaire became an Internet sensation for posting pictures of his lavish lifestyle on the photo-sharing site.

Just a quick scroll through Bilzerian's account boats expensive cars, private jets and half-naked models. Because of his lavish lifestyle, Bilzerian often finds himself making headlines for all the wrong reasons. Last year, a house party went completely wrong after Bilzerian threw a naked model off a roof causing her to break her foot.

Now TMZ is reporting that the 34-year-old was arrested and is currently being held without bail for allegedly trying to make explosives. Sources told the site that an arrest warrant was issued in Clark County, Nevada and Bilzerian was handcuffed after getting off a plane at LAX.

Police said the poker player violated a law and it's a crime to have explosives or incendiary devices with the intent to manufacture it. The warrant was first issued last month but was not made public because police had an ongoing investigation, TMZ reports.

Reportedly, if convicted Bilzerian could face up to six years behind bars. This news comes after model Vanessa Castano filed a police report alleging that Bilzerian kicked her in the face at LIV nightclub in Miami over the weekend.

Bilzerian admitted that he kicked Castano but said it was because he was trying to help another woman and she was blocking him. The incident was caught on camera and has been circulating around different social media sites.

According to TMZ, Castano claims Bilzerian kicked her so hard that she injured her right eye and hurt her lower back. Bilzerian was banned for life from LIV nightclub.
