Andrew McCutchen is officially off the market! The 28-year-old Pittsburgh Pirates player married longtime girlfriend Maria Hanslovan over the weekend, TMZ reports. Sources close to the center fielder told the site that McCutchen and Hanslovan exchanged vows on Saturday, Nov. 22 in Pittsburgh. Specific details about the wedding have not yet been revealed and the happy couple has not confirmed the news but Hanslovan did change her last name on Twitter to "McCutchen."

Her sister, Kaleen Hanslovan, also tweeted about the nuptials, writing, "Off to Pittsburgh, Let the wedding weekend begin!!"

On Nov. 18 McCutchen uploaded a picture of himself and Hanslovan with the caption, "Happy Birthday to my angel. No words can describe how happy I am to soon be your husband. You somehow get more beautiful each and everyday. I still get those butterflies in my stomach like when we 1st started talking. You are my everything, my love, and my best friend. I love you baby!"

He popped the question last December on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" after gushing about his lady love to the audience.

"I've always envisioned that I would be on the highest mountain in the word and my voice would be as loud as a lion's roar times a billion so the whole world could hear just tell you how much I love you," he said at the time. "I didn't do any of this for the publicity. I didn't do any of this for the recognition. I did this to show you that if I could tell the whole world how much I love you, I would do that."

He then got down on knee and presented Hanslovan with a gorgeous diamond ring.
