"Cake Boss" star Buddy Valastro may have eaten a few too many margarita cupcakes before he hopped in his car last night.

New York City police officers pulled over Valastro in his 2014 yellow Corvette around 1 a.m. in the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood on Manhattan, according to Page Six. Cops followed the celebrity baker for 12 blocks as he swerved down the street in his sports car.

"You can't arrest me," he told the police, according to New York Daily News. "I'm the Cake Boss."

Valastro's breath reportedly "reeked like booze." Officers administered a Breathalyzer test which the TLC star failed, blowing a .108. The legal limit is .08 in New York.

The head baker at Carlo's Baker in Hoboken, New Jersey will be arraigned on drunk driving charges on Thursday, according to Page Six. He lives in East Hanover, New Jersey with his wife and four children.

"He was driving erratically... He should stick to boating," an officer joked with Page Six.

The police had to come to Valastro's rescue earlier this summer when he and his family became stranded near the Verrazano Bridge on his 36-foot-boat named "Killin' It." Cops and firefighters both had to come when the boat couldn't navigate through thick fog.
