So, do you think Kenny Chesney and Jason Aldean were just sittin' around, sippin' on Corona Lights, kicking back with the soles of their boots resting on the edge of a table when they got the idea? You know, the stroke-of-genius idea to take Chesney's mega-successful The Big Revival tour and cause it to intersect with Aldean's red-hot Burn It Down tour for 10 presented-by-Corona Light stadium shows next summer.

The first shows to go on sale for the unprecedented Chesney-Aldean events are New England's Gillette Stadium on Aug. 28, 2015 and San Francisco's Levi's Stadium on May 2, 2015. More information about special guests will be revealed over the coming weeks, as will additional on-sale dates.

"We've played so many of these stadiums so many summers, I know just how hard the fans coming out can rock," Chesney said in a press release. "There aren't a lot of guys out there who can hit it the way Jason does, so I'm glad we're able to bring both of our tours together for 10 nights this summer. I know what me and the guys are bringing in terms of music, and I know Jason can hang with us!"

Aldean countered with, "Kenny is the guy everybody in country music looks up to when they think about workin' hard, building your career out on the road and getting to eventually play stadiums. When we first started dipping our toe into that business a few years ago, he's the guy I would call or text for advice. We have a real friendship. Don't get me wrong...that doesn't mean I'm going to make it easy to follow me every night...he's gonna have to work for it harder than he ever has before!"

Like he has with his recent No. 1, "American Kids," Chesney scored mega-hits with "When the Sun Goes Down" (with Uncle Kracker) , "No Shoes, No Shirt, No Problem", "Anything But Mine," "She Thinks My Tractor's Sexy" and "The Good Stuff."

Jason Aldean has sold more than nine million albums and has racked up 13 No.1 songs. He is currently on his 2014 Burn It Down tour, which saw him play five stadium dates in addition to sold-out shows in the country's biggest amphitheaters and arenas.
