Some people may be frightened to live in a house that is haunted, although one real estate agent revealed that there is a whole market of people dying to live in one.

Cindi Hagley, owner of Past Life Homes, which specializes in selling stigmatized homes, including haunted houses, revealed to ABC News that selling these homes isn't as impossible as it sounds.

"You can have a dead body swinging from the chandelier, and I'm still going to have ten offers on the phone," Hagley said.

Last year, a survey by Realtor discovered that more than half of home buyers were open to buying a haunted house. Almost 35 percent of the responders believed the house they were currently living in was haunted.

Realtors are required by law to tell buyers if the home they are looking at will have supposed supernatural tenants roaming the halls.

Hagley told ABC News that some customers aren't bothered by the supernatural company, while others expect it to discount the real estate.
