Real estate mogul Donald Trump is not happy a New York City man has tested positive for Ebola. The 68-year-old went on a lengthy Twitter rant Friday morning (Oct. 24) slamming President Barack Obama for not closing the borders and stopping the flights.

"If this doctor, who so recklessly flew into New York from West Africa, has Ebola, then Obama should apologize to the American people & resign!," Trump tweeted.

Late Thursday night officials confirmed that 33-year-old Craig Spencer had contracted Ebola after treating sick patients in Guinea, Africa. Following the news, Trump tweeted: "Ebola has been confirmed in N.Y.C., with officials frantically trying to find all of the people and things he had contact with. Obama's fault."

He continued: "President Obama, you are a complete and total disaster, but you have a chance to do something great and important: STOP THE FLIGHTS!" he wrote.

"The Ebola doctor who just flew to N.Y. from West Africa and went on the subway, bowling and dining is a very SELFISH man-should have known better," Trump posted, turning his wrath towards Spencer.

The creator of "The Apprentice" then tweeted a link to a "#TrumpVlog" where he continued to attack President Obama.

Spencer is now the fourth person in the United States to contract Ebola and the first in New York City. According to CNN, he flew back into the United States last week after working in Guinea as part of Doctors Without Borders.

Spencer finished his work in the Ebola-stricken area on Oct. 12 and left the country two days later, flying into Brussels, Belgium. On Oct. 17 he landed at John F. Kennedy International Airport where he was declared symptom-free.

However, a week later Spencer got sick and was taken to the hospital on Thursday, Oct. 23. Before being hospitalized, officials said Spencer had went on a 3-mile jog, went bowling in Brooklyn, took a cab in Manhattan and rode three separate subway lines. The doctor lives in Harlem.

"At the time that the doctor was on the subway, he did not have fever... he was not symptomatic," Dr. Mary Travis Bassett told CNN, adding that chances of other New Yorkers contracting the disease from Spencer are "close to nil."

Out of precaution, Spencer's fiancée and two friends have been quarantined and Spencer is being treated at Bellevue Hospital Center and remains in isolation.
