A little more than a month since the death of comedienne and "Fashion Police" co-host Joan Rivers, the details of her will are reportedly being released. According to US Weekly, Rivers' only child Melissa Rivers inherited over $100 million of her mother's estate.

A source told the magazine that the 46-year-old will get $75 million in cash and $35 million for Joan's luxury Upper East Side apartment. Melissa's son Cooper, 13, also received a hefty portion of the late comedian's estate.

The source didn't reveal how much Cooper inherited but said he "received his own bequest." At the time of her death, Joan was worth an estimated $150 million. The source told US that the inheritance hasn't brought much closure to Melissa, who is still mourning the death of her mother.

"It's no consolation for losing her mother so soon," the source said.

This news comes a week after the New York City medical examiner's office confirmed that Joan died from complications due to surgery. A report stated that Rivers - who passed on Sept. 4 - died from brain damage caused by low blood oxygen, or "anoxic encephalopathy due to hypoxic arrest," the New York Times reports.

The comic was at Yorkville Endoscopy Center in New York City to find out why her voice had gotten raspy when she suddenly stopped breathing during the procedure. According to the New York Times, the medical examiner's findings "did not cite medical error as a cause of death, but left open the possibility of malpractice."

TMZ reports that Melissa plans on suing Yorkville Endoscopy and the doctors involved to get a clearer picture about what possibly went wrong that day. Sources told the site that Melissa was advised by her lawyers to file a lawsuit because the doctors and staff would be forced to answer questions during a sworn deposition.

"Melissa, we're told, is frustrated because it's apparent the facility and the Dept. of Health know exactly what happened, so her only recourse is court," TMZ wrote.
