Native American actress Misty Upham has been reported missing by her father. According to The Hollywood Reporter, 32-year-old Upham ("Django Unchained" and "August Osage County") was last seen Monday, Oct. 5 heading to a friend's house.

Washington state police confirmed that the actress' father, Charles Upham, filed a missing persons report stating that he hasn't had contact with his daughter in over a week. According to reports, Upham was last seen leaving her apartment last Monday by herself.

"Our officers responded to her apartment where she lives with her parents on Sunday for a suicidal call. When our officers got there, she had already packed up some belongings and left the apartment, so the officers were not able to contact or find her," Commander Steve Stocker told People magazine.

Officers had reportedly been to the apartment four times in the last year responding to suicidal calls, and this is not the first time Upham has disappeared.

"She has not been in contact with her family or friends since her disappearance," her father said in a statement.

He also told The Hollywood Reporter that the actress had a "medical condition," but wouldn't elaborate on her condition.

"She had recently changed her medication, so she was sort of having erratic behavior. She told me and her mom that we didn't have to worry about her anymore... I thought it sounded suicidal myself, so I called the police," Charles Upham said. "She used to make [suicidal] threats sometimes, but she never went through with it."

Upham and her family had been living in Los Angeles, but moved to the Seattle area in June after her father suffered a stroke. Charles told THR that he doesn't believe the move had a negative effect on his daughter, but admitted that they were having trouble finding a psychiatrist in Seattle, and she wasn't receiving the same medical care she was getting back in L.A.

"She had a medical team in L.A. and she was doing fine, but that team couldn't continue in Washington," he said.

Upham had recently wrapped filming on "Cake" with Jennifer Aniston.
