Model-turned-fashion-designer Kimora Lee Simmons is reportedly pregnant. According to Page Six, the 39-year-old mogul is about four months along with her fourth child. This would be the first child together for Simmons and her new husband Tim Leissner.

She already has two daughters, Ming, 14, and Aoki, 12 with ex-husband Russell Simmons, and a son, Kenzo, 5, with ex Djimon Hounsou. A source told Page Six that Simmons and Leissner were spotted celebrating the good news over dinner at Gallaghers Steakhouse in Midtown.

The "Life in the Fab Lane" star has yet to confirm the pregnancy news. Back in February, Simmons and Leissner secretly married after a year of dating. Russell Simmons was the one who broke the news via Twitter after a rumor surfaced claiming that the former model was dating rapper Birdman.

"All of us love @OfficialKimora but the fact is she is happily married. Tim has been family for a while now," Russell wrote.

Simmons and Leissner were first romantically linked in 2013, shortly after she ended her marriage to Hounsou. The outspoken business woman has never publicly commented on her marriage to Leissner, an investment banker, but she has talked about her split from Hounsou, the Daily Mail reports.

"Relationships do change throughout the course of your life and I always think in terms of relationships changing and evolving rather than starting and stopping," she said. "Kids never go away from your life and if you've been married, that person probably never goes either. You never get rid of anyone and they never really get rid of you!"
