The "Cake Boss" Buddy Valastro will honor Derek Jeter with another tribute cake for his final game at Yankee Stadium.

The pinstriped cake has Jeter's No. 2 in the center and "Captain" written underneath. The interior is vanilla and chocolate cake with chocolate fudge, according to Yahoo Food. The cake comes from Valastro's bakery Carlo's Bake Shop.

"When we found out that this was his final season, we knew we had to be a part of it," Valastro told Yahoo Food. "We've been fortunate enough to make a few cakes for him and the Yankees as a whole. He's a class act and will be missed!"

Jeter has played his entire career as the shortstop for the New York Yankees. He announced his retirement before the 2014 season kicked off. Opposing teams have paid tribute to the 14-time All-Star during his final appearances at their stadiums. Most have donated to his charity, the Turn 2 Foundation.

"Congratulations Derek! Always been such a huge fan, you mean so much to this team and I wish you all the best brother #FarewellCaptain," Valastro captioned his photo of Jeter's cake.

The New York Mets also asked Carlo's Bake Shop to design a cake for Jeter's last Subway Series game at Citi Field in May. The cake again featured Jeter's No. 2 and the two subway lines fans take to get to the teams' respective ballparks.

The New York Yankees will face the Baltimore Orioles on Thursday, Sept 25 at 7:05 p.m.
