Apple is becoming the subject of rumors yet again, with a new one claiming it will unveil two new iPads only a month from now.

The report from The Daily Dot claims that the launch event will take place on October 21, where the Cupertino, California-based tech giant is also expected to make its OS X 10.10 Yosemite software officially available to the public, according to The Verge. Yosemite was announced in June, and has been in its beta form ever since.

The launch would follow shortly after Apple's recent introduction of its iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus and Apple Watch.

The two iPads are rumored to be a new sixth-generation iPad and an iPad mini, Business Insider reported. Apple's new smartwatch was also rumored to be unveiled in October, but it ended up being introduced alongside the company's new iPhones.

The new iPad Air is expected to feature Apple's Touch ID fingerprint sensor, which was introduced with the iPhone 5s. Other expected features include the company's A8 processor, a new golden color option and an improved camera.

Apple has used October as a time to host events for new products in the past, The Verge reported. The company introduced the iPad Air and iPad mini with Retina Display in October last year.
