Season 4 of "American Horror Story" is adding fan-favorite "Asylum" character Pepper to its freak show. Creator Ryan Murphy confirmed to Entertainment Weekly that Naomi Grossman will reprise her Season 2 role as Pepper, a patient at Briarcliff Manor.

"She is in this [season]," Murphy said.

"AT LAST!!! I can stop lying to you people! I'm living in New Orleans and am bald as a cucumber!" Grossman tweeted.

Her character will be part of the circus freak show, run by Jessica Lange's Elsa Mars, according to EW.

"What Elsa has done for 20 years is she goes around to hospitals and jails and rescues these 'freak' circus performers who are going to be shipped away to asylums and she signs the waivers and she becomes their guardians," Murphy said.

"AHS: Freak Show" takes place in Jupiter, Florida around the mid-1950s, which is about 12 years prior to the events in "Asylum." Murphy said Season 4 will help explain what happened to Pepper before she was carted off to Briarcliff.

Joining Pepper will be Elsa Mars (Lange), conjoined twins Dot and Bette (Sarah Paulson), Jimmy Darling who has lobster hands (Evan Peters), Ethel Darling who is rocking a beard (Kathy Bates), strongman Wendell "Dell" Toledo (Michael Chiklis), two-faced Edward Mordrake (Wes Bentley), Twisty the Clown (John Carroll Lynch), three-breasted Desiree Dupree (Angela Basset), and others.

An official description for "Freak Show" reads: "The year is 1952. A troupe of curiosities has just arrived to town, coinciding with the strange emergence of a dark entity that savagely threatens the lives of townsfolk and freaks alike. This is the story of the performers and their desperate journey of survival amidst the dying world of the American carny experience."
