A Myanmar beauty queen who lost her title because of her "ungrateful" attitude stole her $100,000 crown and went into hiding, pageant officials said according to the New York Daily News.

Miss Asia Pacific World officials dethroned 18-year-old May Myat Noe on Wednesday because of the disrespectful and untrustworthy behavior she exhibited ever since she won the crown in May.

"We have no trust on her and there is no reason to believe that she can carry out her duties as Miss Asia Pacific World 2014 successfully," the pageant said in a statement

The pageant even dished out $10,000 so she could get breast implants and bought tickets so she and her mother could visit Seoul. The trip was supposed to last 10 days. They ended up staying for three months in an attempt to illegally get a visa, the pageant claims.

"She lied and never had respect of main organization, National Director, manager, media, fans who made her the winner," the statement reads before demanding the dethroned queen return her crown and sash to the national director.

But Noe still has the $100,000 crown and is currently nowhere to be found. Asia One News tried contacting the teen but her cellphone was turned off. She could be somewhere in Myanmar, according to the BBC.

Noe was seen as the start of a new era for the Miss Asia Pacific World pageant. She was one of the only contestants from Myanmar to compete in an international beauty contest and the first to win an international beauty pageant, the result of decades of strict military rule and isolation.

It's now up to Hla Nu Tun, the pageant's national director, to track Noe down and retrieve her crown and sash.

Noe is expected to hold a press conference as soon as Friday, according to the Daily News.
