Here's a lesson for social media users - Don't mess with Ariana Grande's family.

The 21-year-old singer responded to a homophobic comment that an Instagram user made on one of her photos about her older half-brother Frankie James Grande. The "Baby I" singer posted a picture of herself with her brother, who is a cast member on "Big Brother," and a commenter called him "that homo."

"That 'homo' is the fiercest, most incredible, funniest, most intelligent, kind hearted and most LOVED person on the face of the planet!" she responded, according to E! Online. "He has also cleaned up his game and told the truth to everybody in the house WHICH by the way, nobody else on the show has done."

She continued: "So I don't give a flying f**k if or when he comes home!!! He is incredible and I am SO proud!!!! Oh and also 'that homo' gets more a** than you'll ever get in your life. K miss thing?"

Frankie is currently competing in the on season 16 of the show while his sister is working on promoting her new single "Best Mistake" featuring Big Sean. The rapper and the former Nickelodeon star have reportedly been spending a lot of quality time together.

"They have been friends since they made the song together," a source told E! Online. "They have been spending more time together and recently have been getting very close. They are both doing great."

Grande recently ended her relationship with her 19-year-old Aussie boyfriend Jai Brooks. A source said, "When her grandfather was dying, everyone was there for her. People flew to Florida to be with her, but Jai didn't. Ariana just felt he wasn't there like he should have been."
