Selena Gomez and her rep are denying that the topless photos that surfaced on the Internet belong to the 22-year-old singer. On Aug. 6 a Tumblr user posted several nude photos of a woman said to be Gomez.

The so-called "proof" was matching moles on the chest and the same face shape. In the topless pictures the woman's face was not visible. Tumblr user lakael33 claimed that Gomez's public relations team leaked the pictures, that they were stolen from her cell phone, and went on to say:  "No doubt Selena Gomez will feign being shocked and embarrassed by the leaking of these private nude pictures, and she will try to claim that her cell phone was hacked so that no one will state the obvious that her PR team leaked these pictures for attention. Regardless of how they got out, the fact remains that Selena Gomez's nude cell phone pictures are now part of the public record, and people will begin to speculate on whether Selena took these racy pictures for Justin Bieber, Orlando Bloom, Cara Delevigne..."

Today, however, the singer's rep told Gossipcop that it was "not her" in the racy pictures. Reportedly the images - among others - were posted on Imgur 11 months ago and belong to another unidentified woman.

Gomez made headlines on Aug. 3 when she got into a second car accident while backing out of a 7-Eleven parking lot. The fender bender didn't cause any damage and no one was hurt.

After the accident, the "Slow Down" singer ranted on Twitter that it was the paparazzi's fault.

"Only I'd get into an accident because of men with cameras who have great careers and offer the couple a package at Burke Williams. Oh LA," she tweeted.

According to TMZ, police were not called to the scene. Last year, Gomez backed into a pole while trying to leave a salon parking lot. No one was hurt in that accident either.
