Police arrested an Oklahoma school teacher for showing up to school drunk and not wearing pants on Monday, CBS 6 reported.

Lorie Ann Hill, 49, had just gotten hired by the Wagoner school system and was discovered by two other faculty members in a classroom that wasn't her own and refused to leave. No students were in the school at the time, but teachers were present to attend meetings and decorate their classrooms, Jezebel reported.

School officials called the police and Hill was taken into custody after someone found her a pair of shorts. She admitted to drinking vodka before work and was arrested for public intoxication. The event is being investigated by the school, according to Jezebel.

A search of Hill's car by police turned up an empty cup that allegedly smelled like vodka. Police don't think there is enough evidence to prove she drove drunk to school just yet and there aren't any "credible witnesses" at her home, Gawker reported. The woman did not receive a DUI charge. Wagoner Police Chief Bob Haley told The Source that the school staff didn't know who the woman was when they discovered her without pants and disoriented.

Frank Sandiford, a parent of Wagoner student, told KOKI that he doesn't know how someone who is a professional, adult teacher could show up drunk when they're going to be teaching young people.

School district officials were reluctant to comment on the issue, according to the Daily Caller, because it is a personal issue.

Classes at the school began on Thursday.
