"Game of Thrones" will be using Spain as the backdrop for the City of Dorne in season five, Former Vice President of HBO James Costos confirmed.

HBO Watch reports Costos confirmed Alcázar of Seville will be the setting for the Water Gardens of Dorne. The showrunners have confirmed the show would visit Dorne in its fifth season, but kept quiet about the filming location.

For book readers, a visit to Dorne means a better look at Oberyn Martell's family. Winter Is Coming reports a leaked casting list shows the production could be introducing the Red Viper's bastard daughters, better known as the Sand Snakes:

Obara Sand: The eldest and most athletic Sand Snake will be having a major fight scene with a series regular character- not one who crosses her path in the books. This is an interesting change.

Nymeria Sand: Nymeria is described as "mixed race," with her father being the fairer Oberyn and her mother being darker skinned. The second oldest of these Sand Snakes, she's beautiful, emotional and very strong.

Tyene Sand: The youngest of the Sand Snakes that we meet uses her wits and seductive powers, and is less of a physical fighter than the other Sand Snakes. She is just as deadly as her sisters, however, but her weapon is poison.

The show is also reportedly looking to cast Oberyn's older brother Prince Doran Martell and Prince Trystane Martell, Myrcella Baratheon's fiancé. However, it is unclear if Aimee Richardson will reprise her role as Myrcella or if the production will age up her character.

HBO has yet to announce the premiere date for the fifth season of "Game of Thrones."
