"Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans and her boyfriend Nathan Griffith welcomed their first child together on Monday, June 30. The 22-year-old gave birth to her second son, Kaiser, at a North Carolina hospital with Griffith right by her side.

The couple has decided to hold off on releasing full photos of the baby boy, but Evans did post a picture on Facebook of Kaiser's tiny, little feet by her arm.

"Our baby boy is here," the reality star captioned the photo.

"Thanks everyone! And due to certain stipulation we will not be posting any face pictures for a while," Griffith added.

Earlier on Monday, Evans had tweeted to her fans that she and Griffith were headed to the beach for some fun in the sun, but the two were really at the hospital preparing for the birth of their child. Shortly after Kasier's arrival, Evans and Griffith told fans that they had been tricked.

"Trickkkked yaaaa," Evans wrote.

Griffith added, "And you thought we were at the beach... Sike!!"

In June, the former "16 and Pregnant" star explained to US Weekly how she and her boyfriend came up with their baby boy's unique name.

"We were basically searching for baby names on the Internet, and we came up with a bunch of different unique ones. We didn't want something that everyone else had or had even heard before, even us. So we wanted something different, and we ended up looking up Kaiser," Evans said.

This is the second child for both. Evans has a 5-year-old son named Jace with her ex Andrew Lewis and Griffith has a 3-year-old daughter named Emery from a previous relationship. The 22-year-old rose to fame on MTV's "16 and Pregnant" which chronicled her pregnancy with Jace.
