Matt Bomer and Alexis Bledel have been Christian Grey and Anastasia Steel fan-favorites since movie cast rumors began.

Fans believe the former "Gilmore Girls" actress has the innocent, college-girl look needed to pull off Anastasia Steele. Her "Team Alexis Bledel for Anastasia Steele" Facebook page has over 6,000 likes.

Fans are dying for her to be paired with "White Collar" actor Matt Bomer. A Facebook page created for the two which has fan-made trailers and pictures of the two appearing to be a real-life couple has garnered over two-thousand likes.

Even though Bomer is the top-contender for the role, there are some fans that are not sure if the 35-year-old actor would be a good fit. Some feel he is "too pretty" to play Grey, while others feel that because Bomer is openly gay it would distract from the movie, Fashionstyle reports.

Even with some hesitation from fans, Bomer is still the leading fan-fav contestant for Grey and has one of the most popular "50 Shades of Grey" Facebook pages with over 139,000 likes. The second most popular page is Ian somerhalder with a little over 7,000 likes.

Stirring up even more "50 Shades" talk is a composite sketch of what Christian Grey would look like in real life. Latinos Post is reporting that Dr. Faye Skelton from the University of Central Lancashire is a huge fan of the steamy, sex novels.

She loves the books so much that she decided to create the "ideal" image of the suave Christian Grey. Last summer, Dr. Skelton and her team of "Fifty Shaders" based the drawing off of women's description of the character. They combined Patrick Dempsey's eyes, with Brad Pitt's jawline, David Beckham's face shape, Channing Tatum's hair, Chris Hemsworth's nose and Val Kilmer's lips to create the image of Christian Grey. Dr. Skelton also used parts of Johhny Depp to add to the picture.
