A New York mother was found guilty of texting photographs of her 2-year-old daughter with a sex toy, the New York Daily News reported in an exclusive.

Camille Solomon-Eaton, 27, was convicted Friday on charges of sexual exploitation by a parent and creating child pornography when she sent the pictures of her daughter with the sex toy to a man who is currently serving a prison sentence for child porn-related charges.

Solomon-Eaton, from Brooklyn, remains out on $150,000 bail as she awaits sentencing.

Prosecutors told the federal jury that Solomon-Eaton "victimized" her daughter.

"Look at the images," Assistant U.S. Attorney Saritha Komatireddy said, the Daily News reported. "That man...when he looks at them, that's the child being hurt. That's a victimization of the child.

"A 2-year-old is supposed to grow up with some innocence and some peace. This case is about a 2-year-old with little pink slippers who is being exploited by the person who is supposed to protect her," the prosecutor continued.

Solomon-Eaton claims she was legally insane when she sent the pictures, which the federal government caught onto in 2011. Her defense attorney said the child was not physically harmed.

But prosecutors said Solomon-Eaton was sane enough to get rid of the sex toy and the BlackBerry she sent the pictures from. Federal agents found the pictures during an investigation into a Craigslist ad from a man named Caleb Wade who was looking for "any girls into taboo sex," the Daily News reported.

Further investigation turned up four pictures of child pornography on Wade's phone. The pictures were sent from Solomon-Eaton's phone with the message "I hope you like," the newspaper reported. Wade also sent the mother pictures of girls being molested.

An Alabama Federal Court sentenced Wade to 30 years in prison.

Solomon-Eaton, who was sexually abused as a young girl, faces up to 15 years in prison.
