Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are trying to work out their troubled marriage but it looks like the 47-year-old actor is ready to throw in the towel. Even though Spelling has stood by McDermott through a cheating scandal and a rehab stint, the actor is reportedly threatening to file for divorce.

"Dean has finally had enough and he is tired of Tori playing the victim," a source told Radar Online. "Yes, Dean cheated on her, but Tori definitely played a role in where there marriage was when that happened."

"For months, Tori has railed on Dean and he has taken it," the source added. "However, Dean has had it. Now he is threatening her with divorce."

Reportedly, the last straw for McDermott was when his wife forced him to do the Lifetime reality show, "True Tori." There were reports that Spelling only agreed to film their marriage problems so she could embarrass her husband. A source previously told Radar that it was her form of revenge.

"There was a time when Dean would have done whatever Tori wanted, but this has gone too far," the source said. "Publicly shaming Dean is one thing, but their four children are going to be able to watch the show when they are older and that really distresses him."

According to the source, Spelling doesn't believe McDermott will really file for divorce.

"In her mind, she is the only one that can decide whether or not they will split up. She could be in for a VERY rude awakening," the source told Radar.

Lifetime has been releasing clips for the show, which premieres tonight (Apr. 22). In a recent sneak peek, McDermott complained to a therapist that he and Spelling were not having enough sex and when they did do it, the sex wasn't all that great.

"We have four kids, so in the sex department there were ebbs and flows. Is that safe to say?" the actor asked, looking at his wife.

In response, Spelling said the two had a "great relationship and we had a great sex life."

However, the "Santa Baby 2" actor disagreed telling the therapist that the two only had sex "once every week."

"It wasn't fantastic," he added.
