With "The Voice" Season 6 wrapping up its playoffs and moving into the Live Shows, let's do a quick recap of what went down last week and a prediction of which coach has the strongest team.

The top 12 of "The Voice" season 6 have been announced and these contestants will move into the Live Shows to be aired next week.

The playoffs began a week before last with each coach having to choose three from their remaining five contestants. Team Blake Shelton went first.

Audra McLaughlin was the first performer of the night and chose to sing Martina McBride's "A Broken Wing." The other coaches were all praises for this 22-year-old singer. Next up was Ryan Whyte Maloney who chose to play along to Shinedown's "Second Chance." He received mixed reactions from the coaches though Usher compared his talent to that of fellow coach Adam Levine's.  Madilyn Paige sang Zedd and Foxes' "Clarity" and was applauded for her attempt to sing such a tough song. Jake Worthington dedicated Jake Owen's "Anywhere With You" to his long-time girlfriend. He was highly praised for coming out of his shell and showing a different side to his personality. After bringing the house down with every performance so far, Sisaundra Lewis settled on Billy Joel's "New York State of Mind" and blew all the coaches away.

Team Shakira took the stage last week to show off what they had during the playoffs. First up was Kirsten Merlin who sang Carey Underwood's "Two Black Cadillacs." According to the coaches, Merlin shone like a rock star. Sixteen-year old Deja Hall chose "Battlefield" by Jordin Sparks for her performance. All coaches appreciated her for showing more confidence and improvement than ever before. Tess Boyer from Team Shakira went up next. She's the only contestant in the history of the show to have worked with three coaches in one season. Boyer sang "Human" by Christina Perri and the coaches loved her performance. Patrick Thompson, originally from Team Usher chose to sing "Trouble" by Ray LaMontagne and the judges thought he had a "timeless" voice. Dani Moz followed singing "Edge of Glory" by Lady Gaga.

Team Adam was up next. Levine started his team's performances with Delvin Choice singing "Let's Stay Together" by Al Green. The other judges said he had one of the most powerful and versatile voices on the show. Jake Barker followed singing Levine's "She Will Be Loved." The judges appreciated him for "making it his own."  Powerhouse Kat Perkins chose to sing "Open Arms" by Journey in dedication to her father, leaving all three coaches speechless. Morgan Wallen then took the stage and sang "Stay" by Florida Georgia Line and received a lukewarm reaction from Usher and Shakira. However Shelton said he had become a fan. Christina Grimmie was the last performance for the night and chose to sing "I Won't Give Up" by Jason Mraz in dedication to her mother, who has battled breast cancer three times.

Team Adam: Christina Grimmie, Delvin Choice and Kat Perkins

Team Usher rounded off the playoffs. T.J. Wilkins was the first performer of the night and decided to sing "Tell Me Something Good" by Rufus & Chaka Khan. He confidently delivered a good performance that had the coaches rocking. Second up was the New Jersey singer, Melissa Jimenez. She sang "Halo" by Beyonce and according to the judges, sounded like an angel in the second half of the performance. Stevie Jo followed singing "The Thrill is Gone" by B.B. King. Shelton called him the "real deal." Bria Kelly went on stage next to perform "Wild Horses" by the Rolling Stones and the judges thought she was "back" with this performance. Josh Kaufman's was the last act of the night and decided to sing "It Will Rain" by Bruno Mars. Kaufman sang beautifully in front of the coaches hitting high and low notes with ease.

Wetpaint Entertainment teamed up with Viggle LIVE to conduct a poll on who the audience thought had the strongest team going into the live shows. 24 percent of the viewers thought that Usher's team was the one to beat, while 25 percent said it was Blake's team. And while Adam's team has impressive vocalists, only 19 percent of users thought his team was the strongest. That means the winner of this poll was Shakira, with a whopping 32 pecent voters saying that her team was the strongest.
