Are you one of the many people missing Fox’s hit show “24”? Well, you may be in luck.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Fox is in talks with Keifer Sutherland—who starred as the show’s protagonist,Agent Jack Bauer—to bring back the series for a limited time.

The show was canceled in 2010 after eight seasons. Its executive producer, Howard Gordon, moved on to Showtime, where he runs the domestic terrorism drama “Homeland”. However, if 24 were to return, Gordon would come back as well.

Fox is looking to create a division that will create miniseries such as a remake of “Shogun.” They believe a return of “24” will create a way for this to happen.

Sources warned that talks are still early, so don’t get too excited just yet.
