The Duggar family will soon add a son to their "19 Kids & Counting" crew as 22-year-old Jill Duggar is engaged, PEOPLE magazine reports.

Jill was courted by Derick Dillard, a 25-year-old accountant who she first meet in Nepal.  Once the couple became engaged, they decided it would be acceptable to hold hands, but will hold off on their first kiss until the wedding day.

"We want to save the physical side of our relationship for our wedding day and not go further than we should," Jill told PEOPLE.  "If you are kissing, it gets more intimate. Obviously, you can kiss and not have sex. It's about setting a higher standard so you don't struggle [with temptation]."

"I feel like I'm dreaming," Dillard told the magazine about his engagement to Jill. "It was great to grab her hand for the first time."

The conservative reality star revealed her international love story with Dillard to ABC News.  The couple first talked while Dillard was in Japan, and were finally able to meet in person while the family was in Nepal for a missionary trip.

"When my dad first introduced Derick and I, we spent hours texting, calling, and talking on Skype while 8,000 miles away from each other. And when we finally met in person in Nepal, we knew within days that we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together," Jill told ABC News in a statement. "I love Derick's desire to follow God and to serve others. Derick is so romantic and the proposal was perfect. We are incredibly happy and can't wait to share our courtship and engagement on 19 Kids & Counting. Next up, wedding planning!"

Jill's parents, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, told ABC New Dillard couldn't be a better match for their daughter and they are thrilled to be "gaining a son."
