"America's Next Top Model" Cycle 3 winner Eva Marcille Pigford gave birth to her daughter, Marley Rae, two months ago. This was the first child for Marcille and the second for her boyfriend and rapper Kevin McCall.

Just a few months ago the two seemed happy and in love but apparently they got into a little domestic dispute last month, TMZ reports. According to the site, the model took out a restraining order against McCall on Mar. 28 claiming that he violently kicked down four doors in their home and chased her around the house.

Reportedly Marcille said that her boyfriend tried to snatch their baby from her arms and threatened to punch her in the face, TMZ reports. According to the restraining order, McCall has to stay 100 yards away from the model.

Neither one has addressed the alleged domestic dispute but it seems like everything is fine between the two now. On Apr. 4, Marcille posted a photo of her, McCall and their daughter on Instagram with the caption "#familyfirst." (See photo above).

The couple announced they were expecting a child together in August after two years of dating.

"Being able to bring a life into the world is every woman's dream but for me it's more than just a dream it is a magical, mystical journey which I get to share with this amazing man," Marcille told BET.com at the time. "Kevin is the only man who I would share this moment in life with."

"My life continues to be a bundle of incredible experiences," she added. "I get to be a mom and live this amazing life that God has bestowed upon me. Who could ask for anything more?"

In December the two revealed that they were expecting a baby girl. Marcille was previously engaged to actor Lance Bass but the two split in 2010.
