According to reports, "Bachelor" Juan Pablo Galavis was attacked at a nightclub in Atlantic City over the weekend. Galavis was scheduled to do an appearance at the Pool After Dark event at Harrah's Resort and Casino when a woman reportedly threw a drink in his face.

According to US Weekly, the woman walked up to him while he was sitting on a couch, threw her drink in his face and yelled "F**king douche bag!" Security immediately broke up the altercation and escorted the woman out of the club.

A source told E! News that Galavis was met with mixed reactions from the crowd right from the beginning. According to the source, when the former soccer player approached the mic to address the crowd some people cheered and clapped while others booed.

"One couple in particular was harassing him and trying to get too close," the source told E!. "There was a heated exchange and they, too, were asked to leave."

Reportedly Galavis was at one point seated at a table near the stage but was forced to move after a partygoer threw a beer can at him. The source claims that security moved the single father of one to a private and enclosed cabana.

Despite the angry fans, Galavis still had a good time and stayed at the party. According to E!, his girlfriend and "Bachelor" winner Nikki Ferrell showed up to the club around 2 a.m. Sources said the couple kissed and held hands for a little bit and then left Harrah's together around 2:45 a.m.

Galavis recently took to Twitter to deny rumors that a drink was thrown in face and thanked Pool After Dark for a great night.

"I WONDER who was the creative MIND that MADE UP the drink-in-my-face STORY. People: say NO to DRUGS! Thanks @poolafterdark for a GREAT Night," he wrote.
