Daniel Radcliffe and his partner Erin Darke are expecting their first child. Radcliffe's spokesman, Scott Boute, revealed that the longtime couple is "expecting their first child."

After initially meeting while filming the 2013 drama 'Kill Your Darlings,' the 'Harry Potter' actor and Darke have been dating for a decade. Later, in 2016, Radcliffe and Darke reconnected on the set of the film 'Don't Think Twice,' and Darke has since starred in many episodes of Radcliffe's TBS comedy series 'Miracle Workers.'

Daniel Radcliffe Expecting First Baby

Radcliffe told Newsweek in 2022 while promoting 'Weird: The Al Yankovic Story,' that he is open to exposing his children to the enchantment of movie sets. In 2001, the actor rose to international fame as a kid after starring as the eponymous wizard in the 'Harry Potter' film franchise based on J.K. Rowling's best-selling books.

The actor told People in 2022 that he and Darke enjoy a "really nice life" and that he is grateful for many things.

Per Daily Mail, the revelation comes only a day after the two had a loved-up stroll in New York, with Erin Darke, 38, photographed sporting a significantly rounded belly. As they bundled up against the cold, the parents-to-be exhibited a relaxed demeanor.

Daniel Radcliffe donned a blue padded jacket over dark trousers and navy blue sneakers, along with a bright yellow and blue striped bobble cap for a pop of color. Darke sported a checkered coat over a black zip-up hoodie, black leggings, and orange boots.

Radcliffe told People about the first time he met Erin Darke in 2020, stating, "It'll be a hell of a tale to tell our kids one day because of what our characters do with one other," referring to a sex scene in the film.

Fans Congratulate the 'Harry Potter' Actor

Daniel Radcliffe is most known for his role as Harry Potter in the Harry Potter film series, while Erin Darke has been in Still Alice, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, and Good Girls Revolt. The duo shared the screen again in 2021 in a short episode of The Miracle Workers, and they haven't ruled out acting together again.

Daniel stated, "We met on film, so working on Miracle Workers with her last year was meaningful and felt wonderful."

Being extremely reserved, the pair lives together in New York City but seldom appears in professional settings. His co-star Rupert Grint, who played Ron Weasley, became a father in May 2020 when Georgia Groom gave birth to a daughter.

Daniel Radcliffe discussed becoming a parent while revealing on See What Happens Live that he contacted his friend Rupert, 34, his congrats.
