Channing Tatum revealed in 2019 that he will "never remarry" as he discussed his "very terrifying" divorce from Jenna Dewan.

Channing Tatum Speaks Out About Divorce

The couple, both aged 42, wed in July 2009 and had a daughter, Everly, in 2013. They announced their separation in 2018, and the divorce was finalized in 2019. Channing Tatum, who has been seeing Jessie J after his breakup with Jenna Dewan, spoke to Vanity Fair about the "terrifying" period in his life.

The actor, who has been alongside celebrities such as Sandra Bullock and Mila Kunis, maintained that his life was flipped upside down despite his efforts to stay "positive" during the ordeal, which he finally concluded was "just what I needed." Jessie J is presently expecting her first child after suffering a terrible miscarriage in 2021. Channing Tatum famously dated Jessie J.

In 2019, the pair ended their one-year relationship, with a source telling US publications: "Channing and Jessie split up around one month ago. They remain really close and terrific friends."

Two months later, after Channing Tatum apparently joined a celebrity dating app, Jessie and Channing "decided they actually care for one other" and reignited their relationship. According to OK!, Tatum stated further in the cover interview that he and Dewan "fought for [their marriage] for a very long period, despite the fact that we both realized we had grown apart."

In addition, Channing Tatum disclosed he was inundated with explicit photographs from an older female fan after his pals mistakenly followed her on Instagram. In an interview with Vanity Fair, the 42-year-old Magic Mike actor, who is remaking Ghost, said that he was compelled to ban a devoted fan when his buddies followed her as a joke.

Per Daily Mail, Tatum joked that he would "outstrip" Jennifer Lopez, who portrayed Ramona in Hustlers, stating, "If I were stripping against her, I would go harder."

Tatum Plans to Remake 'Ghost'

Tatum also commented on the current status of his daughter Everly's friendship with Sandra Bullock's daughter Laila, after it was reported in March 2022 that the two celebrities met when their preschool-aged girls fought.

Tatum and Bullock were summoned to meet with instructors after the girls engaged in a fight to determine who was the "alpha," but the duo now "loves one other."

Channing Tatum has disclosed that he intends to portray Patrick Swayze's character Sam Wheat in a remake of Ghost. The actor acknowledged in an interview with Vanity Fair that his production company, Free Association, owns the rights to the 1990 masterpiece.

As with many other films of the era, he went on to explain that the original "included some problematic stereotypes." Ghost is the story of Sam, portrayed by Patrick, getting murdered by a gangster and leaving his love Molly, portrayed by Demi Moore, in jeopardy. Sam enlists a psychic, portrayed by Whoopi Goldberg, to warn Molly that she is in danger.
