The fugitive is now accused of risk of injury to a minor and murder with specific circumstances, both of which carry mandatory life sentences without the possibility of parole if found guilty. Camilla Francisquini, who was buried on Saturday, Nov. 19, was found in a condition of dismemberment when detectives and emergency personnel uncovered her remains at her father's Naugatuck residence, according to Naugatuck Police Chief Colin McAllister.
