Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have decided that their daughter North West will walk the reality star down the aisle. According to Hollywood Life, the engaged couple is designing Nori custom-made, diamond-encrusted shoes for the big day. Kardashian and West want their baby girl to take her first steps in style.
"[Kim and Kanye] are spending a lot of time with [jewelry designer] Lorraine [Schwartz] and they want her to create North a pair of one of a kind, diamond shoes, so she can walk her mother down the aisle when Kanye asks for her hand in marriage," a source told Hollywood Life.
"Kanye wants Nori to be symbolic in the wedding because she's the product of the ultimate love he and Kim share for one another," the source continued. "She's their creation and Nori is so pure and Kanye wants her to walk with Kim down the aisle, taking her first steps in his life to welcome her everlasting loving parents in their union of love."
According to E! News the couple was spotted heading out for dinner recently at the Ferdi Restaurant in Paris after they spent the day looking at wedding venues in France. Kardashian and the rapper will be tying the knot this summer.
"They are going to spend a few days looking at wedding venues in and around Paris," a source told E! "They are also going to do some shopping. They are really excited to find the right place for their nuptials. They are looking at a summer wedding."
The source said the couple decided not to use celebrity wedding planner Sharon Sachs because they "want to try a different direction from her usual style."
During an appearance on the "Ellen DeGeneres Show," Kardashian said she and West have not picked a wedding date yet. The couple got engaged in October, the night of the reality star's 33rd birthday.
