Many of Paul Walker's "Fast & Furious" costars are still mourning the loss of an inspiration to them. Tyrese Gibson is one costar who consider Walker as more than just a coworker, he was a brother to him.

During the an interview on The Arsenio Hall Show, Gibson talked about how he was dealing with his pain from the loss.

"I was just with him four days before it happened. We were on the set shooting and you know, that was a lot of shock and trauma for the family and all of us involved, because he's just such a nice guy," Gibson told Arsenio.

"I've never been depressed in my life, but I was very very sad and down, and it took me a minute to shake it," he added. "So I just turned 35 and on a spiritual level, I say God sends me emails on what to do, where to go or who to communicate or connect with. And he sent me an email to go to Dubai, and I went to Dubai. And that was the best thing that ever happened."

Gibson, who just turned 35-years-old, recently went on a trip to Dubai with his best friend, actor Will Smith, to help heal from the loss. He told Arsenio, "I found my smile again in Dubai."

The "Fast & Furious" actor talked about the importance to Walker's friends and family that his legacy live on through his charity Reach Out Worldwide. Walker died on Nov. 30 in a car accident on his way to a fundraiser for ROW. The charity aims to provide relief to hard-hit areas of natural disasters.

Gibson then took a moment to remember the kind of person Walker was.

"This is my first interview since it happened, and you know what gave me my smile is really thinking about the fact that I've never seen him cry," Gibson told Arsenio, referring to Walker. "I've never see him sad and his energy was always up. So why would I be crying and sad and messed up?"
