The recent NBA trade rumors suggest that Anthony Davis, the forward player of New Orleans Pelicans, may land up in a new team very soon. It may prove to be the same for Kristaps Porzingis too.

As the regular season continues, and as the teams move ahead to give a boost to their roster, better trade rumors are surfacing, much to the delight of fans. One such name that is recently being heard in the trading block is that of Davis from the Pelicans.

Davis has notably been a good player, who is highly competitive. But, inspite of his great performance, he has not been able to win a NBA title with the Pelicans. Additionally, the Pelicans have not been able to win a single game even after six matches, which has in a way heightened the frustration of the young player.

This has fueled speculations that Davis might soon opt for a trade. Well, this has been a common scenario for superstar players who are a part of the losing teams. Over the past few years, players like Kevin Love, Carmelo Anthony, and a lot others had asked to be traded.

And, now, with the winless situation for the Pelicans, Davis nay also opt for a trade and according to speculations, it is the New York Knicks who are willing to welcome Davis as  with him in the team, they expect to have a revival and also a win, reports The BitBag.

Davis, being a great player, will surely come for a high price. But, considering the attractive players, like Kristaps Porzingis, that the Knicks have for trading, they might end up with a great deal with the Pelicans.

Moreover, the spat between Kristaps Porzingis and coach, Jeff Hornacek may indeed lead to him being traded for Davis, claims Sportrageous.

Talking about Porzingis, if he lands up with the Pelicans, he will be on the focal point and may turn up to be a potential franchise player.

It is worth mentioning here that if this NBA trade of Davis and Porzingis, between the Pelicans and the Knicks, comes through, it will be a win-win situation for both the teams. Now, it remains to be seen whether the deal is actually done.
