T-Mobile has finally cleared the air about its plans for 2014 that will eliminate major customer pain points including worrying about early termination fees before switching carriers.

T-Mobile also criticized AT&T's methods of attracting competitor's customers by offering $450 credit earlier this week. Now the fourth largest carrier in the U.S. is offering its own plans that cover every last cent of termination fees if a customer plans to switch carriers. The company also introduced its long-rumored family plan Wednesday at the company's press conference in Las Vegas at the 2014 Consumer Electronics Show.

T-Mobile CEO John Legere hinted at the company's goals for 2014, last week that aim at transforming the wireless industry. The first highlighted point was to continue to remove customer pain points, which the carrier has been successful with its "un-carrier" strategy introduced last year. T-Mobile put an end to contracts and phone subsidies in March, and started offering early-upgrade plans through "Jump" in July. In October, the carrier eliminated international roaming charges  and followed up by offering 200MB free data for tablet owners signing up for T-Mobile.

T-Mobile's latest attempt to lure new customers from its competitors is by offering instant credit up to $650 per line. Starting January 15, customers can trade their phones and choose from T-Mobile's Simple Choice Plan and avail the credit. T-Mobile is offering up to $300 for a trade-in phone, based on its model, and up to $350 per line, which covers the cost of any early termination fees from leading wireless carriers including Verizon, AT&T and Sprint. Customers can either mail their last bill to T-Mobile or upload a copy on the company's website and the carrier will send additional payment equal to the ETF, up to $350 per line.

"We will become famous for this in 2014," CNN qouted CEO John Legere as saying at this year's Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. "We're going to force the industry to change. I want every customer to have a complete choice. It's going to be a healthier industry."

T-Mobile introduced a new Family Plan that claims to save $1,880 over the course of two years for four family members in a network. This plan is likely to draw attention from Sprint's new"Framily" plan announced Tuesday.

The smallest carrier in the nation also claims to have the fastest network and in  speed test on stage at the CES 2014, T-Mo's network came on top, with AT&T following and Sprint coming in last.

The last year has been good for T-Mobile. It added 4.4 million customers, with 1.6 million in the fourth quarter alone. The carrier now serves nearly 47 million subscribers across the nation, making it the fastest growing network.
