Farrah Abraham has her share of regrets. The 22-year-old former "Teen Mom" star revealed to In Touch magazine that she now regrets filming a sex tape with porn star James Deen. Abraham said her tape, "Farrah Abraham: Backdoor Teen Mom," ruined her life and made it difficult to form relationships.

"It made it hard to have friends and a private life and to trust family, who I feel use me for money," she told the magazine. "If I went back in time, I would not have done it."

When Abraham first sold the video to Vivid Entertainment she stood behind her decision 100 percent saying that she saw nothing wrong with releasing it. The reality star's family warned her that it was a bad decision. Since the tape went public, Abraham told the magazine that her love life has also suffered a lot.

"Knowing my sex tape was out there for everyone in the world to see... was overwhelming. I wanted to hide my face and not go out or pick up my phone," she said.

In May, Abraham met 31-year-old DJ Brian Dave at her 22nd birthday party at the Hard Rock Hollywood in Florida. The two began dating but the relationship quickly fizzled out. Reportedly Dave was supposed to go on the VH1 reality show "Couple's Therapy" with Abraham but at the last minute he backed out.

"He abandoned me," she said.

The reality star ended up being the only person to appear on the show solo but says the experience helped her realize she needed to be a better role model for her 4-year-old daughter, Sophia.

"Therapy helped me understand I can't continue experiencing life [the way I have been], that I'm more special than sex tapes," she said. "Hearing others tell me my worth is [all based on] my body... I'm stronger than that."

"If anything now I can steer my daughter to a better future and away from the choices I've made," she added.
